Big Mac Shoreline Fall Scenic Bike Tour

Join us for a one of a kind bike tour, that has become a tradition for many bikers in Michigan and in surrounding states. On Saturday, September 15th, over 300 participants celebrate a 25, 50, 75, or 100 mile bike tour along the shores of Lake Michigan. The routes are clearly marked and a number of rest areas dot the course. SAG Safety Wagons also circle the route to ensure safety for riders.

The Saturday tour begins and commences at the Mackinaw City Recreation Center. Participants depart between 7:00a.m. to 10:00 a.m. depending on route taken. Registration fee includes tour. Registration is held at the Recreation Center, Friday from 1:00pm. to 8:00pm and Saturday, September 16th from 7:00a.m. to 10:00 a.m.




For the most breathtaking ride of the season, complete the weekend with a tour across the Mackinac Bridge on Sunday, September 16th. The tour begins promptly at 7:00a.m. from the Fort Michilimackinac parking lot. This is a one way tour. Bikers continue to the Arnold Mackinac Island Ferry Dock in St.Ignace and are transported back to Mackinaw City. ONLY 400 RIDERS ARE ALLOWED FOR THE BRIDGE RIDE, SO ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. YOU MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, AND ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS.
