Celebrate winter in Mackinaw City during our annual Winterfest. This winter event is scheduled for January 13-15, 2011
Enjoy amateur & professional snow carving, sleigh rides, outhouse races (visit www.mackinawouthouserace.com for more info on this fun event), poker run , outdoor ice skating, euchre tournament, chile cook off, ice fishing tournament at Paradise Lake and many more fun winter activities including games for kids, tweens and adults. And, as always, we'll be holding a snow sculpting competition
Most of activities are free with a Winterfest button that can be purchased from the the Chamber of Commerce, various businesses around town and at each event site during the festival.
