Vacation Packages Terms and Conditions
Prices are per person based on two people occupying a room. Extra adult and child rates listed.
- Different hotels may include unique features; therefore you are responsible for selecting your hotel.
- All prices, terms and conditions, dates and features are subject to change without notice or withdrawal. Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include airfare, transportation, gratuities, meals, passports, visa fees and items of a personal nature.
- There are no refunds on any unused portion of any package.
- ADVANCE PURCHASE IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
- Cancellation policies are as follows:
- A $25 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations made from date of booking to 10 days prior to 1st day of package.
- A 25% of package fee will be retained on cancellations made 72 hours to 9 days prior to 1st day of package.
- No cancellation will be accepted within 72 hours of first day of occupancy. No exceptions. (Have you considered purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself)
- An administration fee of $25 will be charged for any changes or alterations to a package after it has been booked. All changes must be made a minimum of seven days prior to first day of package.
- To cancel or change a vacation package, you must call 1-800-750-0160, Mon.-Fri. 8:00a.m.- 5:00p.m. Eastern Time.
- All packages are subject to 6% use tax & room rates are subject to 2% local Assessment.
- Guests agree that the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau will not be held responsible for the individual components of packages, acts of God, and transportation. All travelers travel at their own risk and agree to hold harmless all direct, proximate and consequential damages resulting from package components.
