Mackinaw City Winter Fest

Celebrate winter in Mackinaw City.  Outhouse Races and the Kids BIG Freeze obstacle course.

Kids BIG freeze Obstacle Course - 

The Kids BIG Freeze obstacle course is a series of obstacles an individual must navigate while being timed.  Prizes & Awards for 1st, 2nd and place in each age category.  NO FEE to register.  Races begin at 11:00 - 12:00.

Age class Categories -

Child Ages 5 to 7, Tween 8 to 11, Teen 12 to 14 and Youth 15 to 17

Check in & On site registration Saturday March 4, 2023 10:30am to 11:30am (ONSITE REGISTRATION ONLY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE

Mackinaw Pepsi International Outhouse Races - 

The 2023 Mackinaw Pepsi International Outhouse Races in Mackinaw City, Michigan will be held Saturday, March 4, at 2 p.m. In the Parking lot of the Hook Restaurant on Huron Ave.

The races are open to both Adult and Junior Teams and each team must have 5 people, with one riding and 4 pushing and pulling.  The Outhouse must also have a Toilet Seat and have Material to Wipe with. There is a $500 grand prize and other awards.
