HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration of the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau & show location permitting me to participate in rally events & activities, I hereby assume all risk & liability arising out of my participation in the rally and or my submission of this application. I also agree to hold harmless & indemnify the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, the rally location, & their officers, agents & employees from all liability or responsibility whatever for injury to persons (including death) & for any damage to any of my property or the property of others arising out of or resulting from my participation in show. I further hereby remise, release & forever discharge said Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, show location, their officers, agents & employees from acts of god, any & all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages & liabilities resulting or arising directly or indirectly from my submission of this application and/or my participation in the rally. I have read all Terms and Conditions & Hold Harmless Agreement and agree to so by signing the registration to participate.
